Pilot website notice. These website terms are general operating notices and are not a substitute for a signed transaction agreement or legal advice.

No guarantee of acceptance or sale

Submitting inventory, joining the buyer list, or communicating with IRN does not guarantee that IRN will accept an opportunity, locate a buyer, receive an offer, achieve a particular price, or complete a transaction.

Ownership and accuracy

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing goods and confirming that they own or are authorized to sell them. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for performing their own review of transaction details.

Commission

Any commission, minimum fee, or transaction-specific terms must be agreed before IRN markets an accepted seller lot. Promotional rates may change for future opportunities.

Possession and logistics

IRN does not take possession of inventory during the pilot unless separately agreed. Pickup, shipping, freight, taxes, inspection, and other transaction obligations must be documented for each completed deal.

Prohibited categories

IRN may refuse any opportunity, including regulated, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable goods.
