IRN is building category-specific buyer relationships so relevant opportunities can be sent to businesses that actually buy that type of inventory.
Businesses often accumulate inventory and assets that still have value but no longer fit their operations. Inventory Rescue Network exists to help bridge the gap between those businesses and potential buyers.
IRN focuses on targeted research, buyer outreach, clear lot information, and seller-controlled decisions. The goal is simple: help useful inventory find a productive next home instead of continuing to consume space and attention.
No. During the pilot, IRN is operating as a matching/brokerage service. The seller keeps possession and ownership until a transaction is completed with a buyer.
No upfront listing fee is charged. For accepted qualifying transactions, the commission rate is agreed before IRN markets the lot.
The current promotional seller rate is 5% success-based commission on qualifying transactions, subject to the agreed minimum and lot-specific terms.
Yes. The seller decides whether to accept, counter, or decline an offer.
No. Submission and acceptance of a lot do not guarantee buyer interest, an offer, a specific price, or a completed transaction.
IRN gathers and coordinates logistics information, but sellers and buyers are expected to arrange shipment or pickup during the pilot unless otherwise agreed.
A lot may be declined because of low resale value, limited buyer demand, insufficient information, condition, logistics, unclear ownership, or a regulated/prohibited category.
